That's what I always hear, that's what I always say
Hold on, relax, you should drink more water, try doing yoga every day
Get busy, now try to concentrate, time that you quit smoking now for good
Read this novel, take a trip, be a vegan
You're not even getting half the sleep you should

You're in my skin

Good advice won't do
can't forget about

You need a hobby, yeah get a change of scene
Go buy a goldfish, cut your hair
Call an old friend, now make a promise
Go for two weeks without makeup and don't care
Why don't you get up early? Take a walk, learn a language
Find someplace that's quiet you can cry
Write a sad song, say, "I'm alright now"
Take some photographs of people and blue sky
